  • I offer both in-person and online! My office is centrally located in Denver, near I-25 and Colorado Blvd. I also offer secure video sessions across the states of Colorado and Florida.

  • I currently am in network with Optum/United Healthcare and Aetna insurance. I am able to offer a superbill for services for other insurance companies, for out of network reimbursement.

  • During your first session, we will begin to get to know each other. I will offer some information about how therapy will work, and ask questions about various parts of your life. We will create some goals for therapy, and discuss next steps.

  • This is one of the most difficult questions I get asked, as there is no one timeline for therapy progress. Once we have met and I have assessed your situation, we can discuss a more specific timeline.

  • On January 1, 2022, the “No Surprises Act” was enacted. It is meant to protect insured consumers from surprise medical bills when they inadvertently receive care from out-of-network hospitals, doctors, or other providers.

I am an “out of network” provider for insurance companies aside from Aetna and UHC/Optum. If you are a private pay client, you will always be made aware of the cost of sessions with me via my website, consent forms and through verbal confirmation directly with me. I am and will remain clear and transparent about the costs of services agreed upon. You may ask me directly about any costs about which you may be unsure, and you will be provided with clear and direct information and answers to your questions.

  • If you are not using insurance, my rate is $175 for a 50-60 minute therapy session. My rates are the same for virtual and in-person therapy.

  • Therapy frequency depends on the person. During your intake appointment, we will talk about what works best with your schedule and look at the intensity of your needs. Typically, people start with weekly or every other week therapy.
